The information on this website is based on the sources listed on the Credits page. However, those sources have proven to be inconsistent from season to season, game to game, or even section to section in the same publication. Whether the issues are new/recurring errors or corrections to previous publications is not always obvious if not impossible to confirm.

Once the data has been obtained (and corrected if necessary/possible), every effort is taken to ensure a higher level of accuracy by using database or website code to perform calculations on a single data source. Unfortunately, that sometimes leads to more inconsistencies with the latest publications, but not enough time, materials, or assistance to research and fix each and every one.

Issues/Updates

In the 2024 football media guide, the dates and/or locations of almost 30 games from 1895 to 1910 were changed compared to the 2023 media guide. This is consistent with the issues I was finding in pre-1940 games and had already fixed in my database. I hope to have these updated before the beginning of the season.
